- Create and organize laboratory documentation and records for easy retrieval.
- Handle product notifications with local authorities and keep records for use by clients and internal departments.
- Develop and securely store product specification records for all factory-produced items.
- Approve Ready-To-Print (RTP) materials related to the manufacturing process.
- Uphold exceptional standards in the laboratory and overall work environment.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management.

**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) position.
- Proficient in using the Quest3+ system for product notifications.
- Capable of performing well in fast-paced and high-pressure settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
- Adaptable, innovative, and possesses strong critical thinking abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of analytical methods related to fragrances, cosmetics, and personal care products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
