**Customer Service Executive (Contact Center)**
- Full Time position (1 year contract)
- Training: 1 month including off day
- Probation: 6 months (The contract is renewable or has the potential to be absorbed as a permanent position based on your performance)
- Fix Attendance Allowance : RM200
- Transport allowance for night shift only: can be up to RM200 (monthly)
- Working Location : Ampang Jaya, Jalan Kolam Air Lama. (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Behind Ampang Point)
- Working Hours: Rotation Shifts, Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days)
- Working Time : (Earliest Shift: 8.00am) (Last Shift: 11pm)

(8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm,

11.00am - 8.00pm, 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm)

**Summary**
- To attend to inbound calls - inquiries, problems, and complaints from customers to resolve issues, provide first excellent contact resolution, and perform outbound calls when necessary.

**Job Descriptions.**
- Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
- Solving all product or service-related issues of the customers.
- Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
- Keeping a proper record of the customers.
- Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly
- Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least a Diploma or any equivalent certificate; and possibly considerably with at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant work experience in a Contact Centre environment or customer service experience.
- Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work rotational shifts including night shift (if and when required), weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills, customer-focused, with a desire to resolve each customer's issue.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult customer situations

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
