- Working Hours - Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 off days )
- Working Hours: Earliest Shifts 7.30am Last Shift ends - 11pm
- Must possess own transport (due to last shift ends at 11pm)
- **Job Description**:
- To attend inbound calls - inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution, perform outbound calls when necessary.
- Job Requirements:- Fresh graduates with the right attitude will be considered
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Contact Centre
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English language for both spoken and written is a Must.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
