**Job Position**: Customer Service Executive
**Job type**: Full time
**Working hours**:
- Rotational shifts [ 7 AM- 4 PM / 2 PM - 11 PM]
- 5 days per week, 8 hours & 2 days off
**Location**: Ampang, Selangor
**Salary**:Up to RM2,400/
- **Job description**:
- Provide first-level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
- Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated.
- Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum SPM level or higher.
- Fluent in **English & Malay **(verbal & written).
- Minimum 1 years of experience, within customer service, or call center.
- Able to work on rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Strong spoken and written communicator, friendly and energetic.
- Willing to work in preference location.
- Able to work OT if required.
- Must possess own transoprtation.
