Sales & Customer Service Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales & Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing parents. You will play a critical role in promoting our centre, converting enquiries into enrollments, and ensuring high satisfaction among our parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with prospective parents to understand their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate centre visits and follow up promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents throughout their journey.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including launching campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle inquiries professionally.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
