**采购职责:**
- 协助寻找、筛选供应商,并进行价格与条款谈判。
- 准备和处理采购订单,确保货物及服务按时交付。
- 维护采购记录,包括价格、库存等数据。
- 与供应商及内部部门协调,解决交货或质量问题。
- 监控库存水平,协助库存管理。
**行政职责:**
- 处理一般行政事务,包括文件整理、数据录入及文档管理。
- 协助准备报告、报价单和发票。
- 与各部门沟通,确保运营顺畅。
- 管理办公用品并保持记录完整。
- 完成上级安排的其他行政相关工作。
**任职要求:**
- 至少SPM/商业管理、采购或相关专业文凭。
- 有采购、供应链或行政经验者优先。
- 具备基本库存管理及供应链知识。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office(Excel、Word),熟悉采购软件更佳。
- 良好的中英文沟通及谈判能力。
- 工作细致、有条理,能高效处理多任务。

**工作条件:**
- 全职,周一至周五,周六半天8.30am-12.00pm
- 办公室工作,偶尔需与供应商协调。
**申请方式:**
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
