IT Program Delivery Manager

Adherence to the guideline, policies, procedures, and best practices as part of the implementation.

1. To document, perform feasibility study and business case analysis on technology requests.

2. To plan, evaluate, propose, coordinate project delivery with the right technology, agreed scopes, time and budget and resources.

3. To manage execution and financial aspect of the delivery so as to ensure timely progress update and all necessary documentation is in place to facilitate post-delivery support.

4. To manage stakeholder and users’ expectation and drive toward the completion and acceptance of delivery

5. To plan and ensure training is successfully conducted for users and administrators.

6. Documentation of lesson learnt will be of an advantage for improvement in future projects.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Project Management (Project Management Principles / PRINCE), Certification in Scrum/Agile, Certification in Design Thinking is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience especially in project/program management experiences.
- Exposure in all expect of IT technology, including Application development, Server/Storage, Network, Security, etc.
- Possess knowledge in concept of systems and interfaces between systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM11,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
