**Job description**
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, and monitoring online engagement.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the overall brand strategy.
- Require to fulfil any ad hoc task as require by business unit.

**Job requirement**
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing, preferably in retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good working attitude, reliable, initiative and punctuality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
