**Job description**:
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for sales,aggressive and proactive in doing sales.
- Result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask independently.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, as many customers are Chinese-speaking.
**Responsibilities**:
- Counter daily procedure (opening /closing and payment voucher)
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
- Assist in after-sales support and handle customer complaints efficiently.
