We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to join our growing team. The role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, creating positive bonding, and working closely with the sales team to support client satisfaction and contribute business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, engaging relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and long-term trust.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams and the sales team to deliver tailored solutions and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
- Keep in regular contact with clients to gather feedback, maintain engagement, and support ongoing business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships across various levels.
- Capable of managing multiple clients in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with basic reporting tools is an advantage.
- Able to travel when necessary.
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Bahasa.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
