**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing clinic operations.
- General day-to-day administrative duties and clinical support.
- Ensure all clinic equipment are well maintained.
- Manage clinic facilities and ensure they are in good order.
- Be the inter-connecting person between the Management and clinic staff.
- Attend to patients’ request, needs and complaints.
- Assist in onboarding, training and mentoring of clinic staff.
- Involved in timely stock count and clinic stock requisition.
- Execute and implement work processes, policies and SOPs to deliver high standard of efficiency, service and quality in clinic operations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Aesthetic and wellness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently and as a team.

A dynamic, highly motivated and result-oriented player with good interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
