**Scope of Work**

**Managing of Portfolio**
- To manage the client portfolio to ensure we meet the internal, client and statutory deadlines;
- To ensure the issuance of invoices to clients and collection from clients are on timely basis; and
- To prepare and report on the weekly reporting dashboard to the team lead and management.

**Advisory Scope**
- To prepare/review Financial modelling such as Forecast, Projections and Variance Analysis;
- To perform business valuation;
- To perform industry market research;
- To analyse and identify business innovation for industry business model;
- To prepare the Company Financial Road Map;
- To prepare Financial Dashboard for past and future performance;
- To prepare business proposal;
- To prepare reports and regular monitoring of client results;
- To identify the internal control and corporate governance gap; and
- Miscellaneous and ad hoc tasks when required.

**Key Mindsets and Skillsets**
- Process a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent with at least 3-year relevant experience (Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply), those with Actuarial Science or Chartered Financial Analyst are also encourage to apply;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Malay, Mandarin will be an added bonus;
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask;
- Knowledge of standard software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Team, Power Point) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required;
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, Auto-Count, Xero and etc) or ERP system is an added advantage;
- Positive mind set and passionate in Corporate Advisory and Corporate Governance matters.
- Team player, Proactive, Initiative and take ownership of responsibility;
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information;

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
