Corporate Sales Executive

As a Corporate Sales Executive specializing in training and team building services at NW Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in the market. Leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge, you will consult with organisations to understand their training needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Your contributions will play a key role in helping companies optimize their workforce and achieve their business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their training and team building requirements.
- Present our portfolio of training programs and team building activities to key decision-makers, emphasizing the value proposition and benefits.
- Customize proposals and solutions to address the specific needs and challenges of each client, ensuring alignment with their objectives and budget.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in training and development.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue quotas and customer satisfaction goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the training, HR, or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of training needs analysis, adult learning principles, and team dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Consultative selling approach, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
