The Corporate Sales Executive is a frontline commercial role focused on driving corporate revenue and high-value patient conversions for our premium healthcare portfolio. You will own the final mile of the sales funnel – from engaging corporate prospects and payors, to converting enquiries into confirmed specialist consultations and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Build and manage a
    sales pipeline of corporate clients, insurers, TPAs and panels
    .
  • Prospect and qualify new corporate leads through referrals, events, cold outreach and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct corporate presentations, sales meetings and pitches to HR teams, decision-makers and wellness leads.
  • Promote health screening programmes, specialist services and wellness packages tailored to corporate needs.
  • Negotiate within agreed commercial frameworks to close deals and renewals.
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and convert them into signed accounts.
  • Track, report and own corporate sales KPIs (new accounts, renewals, package uptake, conversion rates).

2. Patient Conversion & Care Onboarding

  • Engage pre-qualified leads (patients, caregivers, corporate reps) from walk-ins, referrals, events and online enquiries.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual consultations to understand needs and position the right specialist services and treatment pathways.
  • Clearly explain clinical offerings, timelines, package options and value propositions to support decision-making.
  • Guide patients through the full onboarding journey: Appointment booking, documentation, package selection and treatment confirmation.
  • Handle objections with empathy and clarity, maintaining a solution-focused, sales-positive mindset.
  • Coordinate with clinical, nursing and administrative teams to ensure a smooth handover and seamless care experience.

3. Lead Management & Follow-up

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Take ownership of moving leads from enquiry to active cases – no lead left behind.
  • Execute timely follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls and email according to agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively flag bottlenecks or delays in onboarding or treatment and push for resolution.

4. Events, Outreach & Brand Representation

  • Support health talks, corporate wellness days, open days and specialist awareness campaigns (including some weekends).
  • Conduct on-the-spot consultations or initial screenings for potential patients and clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external corporate / insurance contacts to align on expectations and logistics.
  • Represent the centre and brand with
    confidence, professionalism and energy
    at all times.

6. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on corporate pipeline, patient engagement, conversion metrics and revenue impact.
  • Share insights on common patient and corporate objections, questions and service gaps.
  • Suggest improvements to sales decks, patient journey touchpoints and scripts to boost conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing and digital teams to link frontline feedback with campaign performance.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sales or business development, ideally in healthcare, insurance, wellness, financial services or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in private/specialist healthcare, medical marketing or patient engagement is a strong advantage.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to adapt your pitch for patients, corporate clients and insurance partners.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident in presentations, one-to-one conversations and follow-up calls.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM, AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini).
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Mobility & Availability

  • Own transport and a valid driving licence.
  • Willing to travel regularly within Klang Valley; occasional outstation meetings as required.
  • Able to support
    evening or weekend events
    during key campaigns.
  • Flexible to support different sites or specialist brands as needed.
