Corporate Sales Executive

We're looking for a proactive and result-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join a growing training and development team. If you have a passion for helping companies upskill their workforce and enjoy building strong client relationships, this role could be for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate clients in the HR and L&D space
- Pitch and present in-house and public training programs (HRDF claims applicable)
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closing → post-sales relationship
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts based on client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with trainers and program managers to align offerings with client needs
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B/corporate sales experience (training, HR solutions, or professional services preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
- Own transport is a plus
