Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Corporate Sales Manager. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate sales through lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to meet sales objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, attending client meetings, and addressing customer needs within the context of high-end hospitality services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new corporate business opportunities
  • Proven expertise in Sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Solid understanding of Customer Service and providing exceptional client support
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including contract negotiation and executing sales strategies
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or similar fields is a strong advantage
