Reporting to our Human Resources, Director, the role provides essential Human Resources support & strategic insight to various business units across the APAC region. Your expert knowledge will influence & coach your senior leader & functions on all matters relating to HR and enhance our organisational capability.

Within our HR team, you will contribute to the successful creation & implementation of HR initiatives including policy content & shaping cultural values and behaviours. You will partner with our Talent team to ensure that resource planning & talent development makes SIRVA BGRS the standout employer in Mobility.

Who are we looking for?

You will possess a full HR toolkit with strengths in your communication and influencing style at the forefront. We are looking for those with a strong desire to achieve the best for our People and in turn provide a sense of confidence & trust when supporting the Company.

**To be successful in this position you**:
1. Minimum of 3-4 years’ previous experience in a field-based HR/IR role for a large complex organisation;
2. Qualifications in HRM or Industrial Relations, or equivalent;
3. Relevant senior HR Business Partnering experience with demonstrated capability to interact with Senior Leaders across multiple sites;
5. Possess strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platforms
