**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and industrial relations practices
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience supporting IT or Finance functions is a strong advantage
- Background in shared services environment preferred
- Proven ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business priorities
- Provide expert guidance on HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead and support the execution of talent management and organizational development initiatives
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to roll out global and regional HR programs
- Manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, recruitment, and exit processes
