**DESCRIPTION OF ROLE**
Responsible for leading and directing the marketing division, including digital marketing, advertising, communications and creative teams. To develop marketing plans, allocate resources and set short-term and long-term goals. The role needs to analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities and design branding strategies. Also to coordinate sales and marketing efforts and participate in company planning. Ultimately, their role is to drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives.
**RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Supporting the Company’s corporate marketing and national reputation building efforts by assisting in the development of market summaries and analyses of key audiences, segments and business activities.
- Serving as a central resource for the research, collection, distribution, and presentation of market insights, market share and competitive data for use by internal Company’s stakeholders/clients.
- Preparing data and performing analyses, as required, to support the marketing process. Reviewing and integrating environmental analysis, general market research, and competitor positioning (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Lead ad hoc market research projects in support of efforts within the department project areas, such as writing and content development.
- Assessing operational benchmarks and general economic influences. Developing spreadsheets, charts, dashboards and presentation materials as needed.
- Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including but not limited to Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities across online and offline platforms.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogues, digital content, and presentations.
- Lead and coordinate product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and sales enablement.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of more than 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**
- Experience in [insert industry, e.g., medical devices / healthcare ].
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Knowledge of B2B & B2C marketing strategies and lead generation pipelines.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
