The Specialist will Provide HR & Payroll transaction providing support to DXC clients as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organization.
Provide quality HR processing support to the Client by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and enquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.
Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, loan and payment administration and claims verification, time & attendance data administration, medical benefits administration and claims processing.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and delivering value added services to the clients.
Provide quality payroll processing support to the clients by attending to and processing payroll ad hoc and regular monthly requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Resolve issues and enquiries and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of HR working experience preferably in shared service or outsourcing environment
- Familiar working with SAP HR or other HRMS system
- Good customer-service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests
- Preferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countries
- Experience working in large, diverse teams
- Highly meticulous
- Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English and Bahasa
