Our client is a company that provides in the e-commerce services, to provide training course
sand is also an investment holding company, this position is based in Sungai Besi, kuala
lumpur.
Purpose of Role:
Plan and strategize brand education calendar in synergy with the launch marketing plan and
sales strategy.
Job Responsibilities:

- To build and implement omni channel education strategy to drive the sales growth for the
brands and successfully execute the educational programs for the digital entrepreneurs.
- To be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with good written, verbal and
interpersonal communication skills and has the ability to act as a leader.
- To ensure development of Digital Entrepreneurs are optimized by building the expertise,
skills and image, leveraging on the business ambition and marketing plans.
- To be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the educational approaches and
strategies
- Research and keep up to date with the latest trends and potential opportunities in
education and technology
- Build an in-depth understanding of user needs and gather requirements to contribute to
the enhancement and execution of the product roadmap.
- Create and review educational content enriched in multimedia elements in line with
technological pedagogical guidelines.
- Support the Brand & Marketing team in presenting company products with an educational
perspective during conferences and fairs.
- Spearhead community-focused initiatives aimed at providing consultation to communities
in need.
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, Educational Technology, or related major is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in content development, as well as planning
and overseeing extensive and intricate training events and programs.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in formulating and implementing corporate training
plans.
- Essential skills include robust organizational abilities, effective interpersonal
communication, public speaking proficiency, and adept verbal and written communication
skills.
- Capable of efficiently managing multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Success for this role
- Be the pioneer to build an academy of digital entrepreneurs

Work arrangements
- Fully onsite, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
