ANTA Sports principally engages in design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Over the years, the company formed three brand groups: Performance Sports Brands, Fashion Sports Brands and Outdoor Sports Brands, empowering everyone who loves sports. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, MAIA ACTIVE, and JACK WOLFSKIN etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).

Responsibilities:

1. Athlete & Ambassador Management

  • Identify, sign, and manage local athletes, coaches, and key opinion leaders aligned with Wilson's brand positioning.
  • Coordinate product seeding, contracts, and performance evaluation.
  • Activate athlete partnerships across social, retail, and event channels.

2. Event & Community Activation

  • Plan and execute tennis, pickleball, and padel activations (tournaments, demos, grassroots clinics, exhibitions).
  • Partner with clubs, academies, and retailers to build Wilson communities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and local relevance across all event executions.

3. Sponsorship & Partnership Management

  • Support key sponsorships (federations, events, teams) to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership deliverables, ensuring ROI and strategic alignment.

4. Pro Shop & Court Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage partnerships with key tennis, padel, and pickleball clubs to strengthen Wilson's on-court presence.
  • Lead the marketing setup and operation of Wilson Pro Shops, ensuring consumer experience and brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute court sponsorship programs, including branding, equipment supply, and co-branded activities.
  • Plan and activate demo sessions, playtest events, and product experience days to drive trial and conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to connect on-court engagement with sell-through performance.
  • Establish an integrated "court ecosystem" by connecting athletes, coaches, pro shops, and players into a sustainable Wilson community.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement, attendance, and conversion.
  • Provide reports on athlete performance and event ROI.
  • Continuously optimize marketing investment based on insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in sports marketing, brand marketing, or event management (preferably within sports or lifestyle brands)
  • Knowledge of tennis or racquet sports ecosystem (clubs, coaches, tournaments)
  • Experience managing athletes, influencers, or sports partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or content tools is a plus
