ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).

Responsibilities:

  • Based on the business plan of the Salomon Business Unit, formulate the annual wholesale, distribution, and franchise business plans for the region (including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia); assist and guide partners in setting business goals aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Maintain communication with local Salomon teams in each country; set standards for local wholesale operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Promote the implementation of company retail standards and specifications at partners' stores.
  • Analyze partner operations; support the development of brand and in-store promotion plans; coordinate execution to ensure alignment with company requirements.
  • Supervise partners to provide accurate, timely operational data to support inventory tracking and merchandise management.
  • Manage partner funds and payment collection, ensuring the achievement of annual targets and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in economics, business management or equivalent.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the sportswear industry, with extensive wholesale business management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial and human resources management; familiar with the policies, laws, regulations, and company rules of Southeast Asian countries.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
  • Passion for sports is a must.
