【Role Summary】

The K-Swiss Account Manager / Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales performance, managing wholesale accounts, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong sell-through results across Malaysia. This role requires strong relationships with retail partners, a solid understanding of athletic and lifestyle footwear markets, and the ability to execute seasonal go-to-market plans aligned with brand strategy.

【Key Responsibilities】1. Account Management & Sales Growth

  • Manage and grow key wholesale accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with retail partners and distributors.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sell-through performance and propose action plans.
  • Lead assortment planning and ensure accounts buy the right mix by season.

2. Go-to-Market Execution

  • Present seasonal collections to accounts and secure sales orders on time.
  • Coordinate order confirmation, delivery tracking, and shipment scheduling.
  • Ensure account compliance with brand positioning, pricing, and retail standards.

3. Market Deelopment

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand K-Swiss distribution.
  • Monitor competitor activities, consumer trends, and local market conditions.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to regional leadership.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to support brand activations and product launches.
  • Align with operations and logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist finance team on payment collection and credit control when needed.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare weekly sales updates and monthly business review reports.
  • Provide SKU-level analysis, forecast updates, and account performance summaries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
