**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and train F&B staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaners, to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and supplies for smooth operation.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly to uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer retention including monitoring guest satisfaction.
- Work with the marketing team to promote F&B services and events, developing creative strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the F&B industry, preferably in a food court, casual dining or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to upholding regulations and best practices.
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills to handle busy periods and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our patrons.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM1,800 - RM2,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:

- Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:

- Kuching, Sarawak

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
