Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a strong track record in acquiring and managing SME clients within a B2B environment. This role is pivotal in driving growth by leveraging an existing network, building new partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to SMEs across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new SME clients through proactive outreach, leveraging your established network and industry connections.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate SME markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Understand the unique needs of SMEs and craft tailored solutions to meet their business challenges.
- Lead negotiations and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to client servicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to drive long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on SME clients and proven success in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Established network of SME contacts across industries such as retail, technology, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address the specific needs and challenges of SMEs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a passion for driving business growth.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
