We at PLAY manages homestays, villas, and resorts across Malaysia specializing in areas such as Cameron Highlands, Bukit Tinggi, Janda Baik, and Melaka. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in growing the company further.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guest in making room reservation or response to any reservation inquiries.
- Ensure payment from guests had been made.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient running of remote reception including check-in/out procedures
- Response to any phone calls from guests in a polite manner
- Responsible to inform Operation Manager of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments.
- Manage, record and resolve promptly on guest complaints
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- To perform month end report for consolidation purpose

**Requirements**:

- A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work independently and mobile
- Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline
- Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
- Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
- Ability to work shift and during the weekend
