Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for delivering and supporting our global documentation packages to our Operations organisation. As part of our digitalisation journey, you’ll have a unique opportunity to support and develop our information management capabilities.

**Welcome to Welcome to GSS Fleet Support**
You’ll be part of Information Management where you, together with your colleagues, will drive and deliver our documentation strategy, making sure it is aligned with our ambitious business goals. Fleet Support consists of skilled reliability and maintenance engineers working closely with platform management, supporting, and improving the wind farm performance. Here, correct and timely documentation is vital for the optimal operation. You’ll develop a broad stakeholder landscape within Operations spanning from Europe, Asia, and the US. As a team, we encourage curiosity and learning, and we give the opportunity to influence development on how we manage our technical documentation. We focus on team performance and having fun while working.

**You’ll play an important role in**:

- participating in the handover of technical documentation in the different stages of documents’ lifecycle
- maintaining as-built documentation archives and master document registers for asset projects
- becoming a super user in our information management systems registering, incl. uploading, and routing documentation for review
- performing form, fit and function on documentation metadata, formatting, readability and provide recommendations within documentation scope
- delivering world-class documentation support to regions and sites globally ensuring our information management requirements and framework are adhered to
- supporting our assets in document standardisation and digitalisation journey, incl. implementation of our new standard work document programme.

**To succeed in the role, you**:

- are able to work across organisations and regions globally
- have strong collaboration and communication skills
- are able to multitask and have attention to detail with prioritisation abilities
- have experience in formatting and editing documents and an understanding of document management best practices
- are proficient in English, both spoken and written
