About the role
Al-Islam Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the hospital's overall business objectives
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Analysing workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR practices
- Ensuring the hospital's HR processes and procedures comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the management on HR-related matters
- Leading, motivating, and developing the HR team to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a HR supervisory role, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decision-making
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
