RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage UAT teams in markets prior to implementation.
- Understand the business requirements of projects or system enhancement requests.
- Define testing approach, test strategy, test execution plan and test cases.
- Identify test data requirements and prepare test data prior testing starts.
- Identify and arrange any tools and devices needed to meet testing deliverables.
- Work with project team to identify the test environment and coordinate for testing support.
- Perform test deliverables peer review such as test plan, test cases and test result.
- Ensure all testers have been trained prior UAT execution.
- Develop and maintain a mutually agreed UAT project plan (resources, training schedule, documentation review, eligibility training, etc.).
- Coordinate and handshake with QA lead to review and execute UAT scripts.
- Perform test execution for both functional and non-functional, update test results, report, and track defects until closure.
- Collaborate with Markets and provide testing support during UAT such as analyze defects, coordinate defects fixings, participate in defect triage meeting.
- Provide support and assistance to project team in the use of testing tools.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks by supervisor and expected to deliver the same with mínimal supervision.
- Promote QA process improvement where appropriate.
- Adhere to organization standard process and policies strictly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience with software testing and quality assurance.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Strong understanding in Waterfall and Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding in Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience in manage end-to-end test activities, such as test planning, test design, test execution and test closure.
- Hands-on experience in test deliverables development, such as test plan, test cases/test scripts and test progress report.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Deliver tasks independently.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Ability to triage across multiple teams (business, SIT, and development) to resolve issues.
- ISTQB Certified tester, Foundation level (CTFL) will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding with automation test preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3-9 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
