We are looking for a dynamic, energetic executive who is eager to learn about our company and support the Marketplace Acquisition Team. You will be working closely with the strategic partnerships team to conduct research, capture data, support brand acquisition, onboarding, and activation.

You will get hands-on exposure to the brand acquisition and negotiation process, end-to-end onboarding of new brands, and be involved in current and ongoing projects relevant to the department. This will entail you to learn and develop hard and soft skills as well as gain experience in the e-commerce industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and identifying opportunities in core categories and building acquisition Wishlist with clear prioritization
- Responsible for acquiring new key brands on Zalora while being able to communicate Zalora’s value propositions and business models clearly and coherently
- Work closely with cross functional teams for any relating topic to ensure success of onboarding new sellers to platform
- Successfully onboarding brands within the marketplace department across all categories (fashion and non-fashion)
- Tailoring brand presentations and pitches for Key Accounts
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to build and strengthen key strategic partnerships
- Develop and create strategic networking to brand build partnerships
- Building good relationships and trust with brand partners to elevate partnership
- Meet target set by Manager in terms of quantity and quality of new brand acquired

**Requirements**:

- A final year student or recent graduate
- Eager to learn and work within the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to multitask
- Cope well under pressure
