We are seeking a skilled **Quality Control Inspector** with strong experience in operating and programming **OGP SmartScope** and **Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)** systems. This role is critical to ensuring precision in component dimensions and compliance with engineering specifications through advanced measurement technologies.

**1. Dimensional Inspection & Metrology**
- Independently operate and program **OGP SmartScope (Vision System)** for complex part inspection.
- Operate **CMM** machines (manual or CNC) to perform accurate 2D and 3D measurements.
- Interpret technical drawings (GD&T) and use advanced metrology techniques to verify part conformity.

**2. Quality Assurance & Reporting**
- Perform **incoming, in-process, and final inspections** of mechanical parts.
- Document all measurement results clearly and accurately in inspection reports.
- Generate **non-conformance reports** (NCR) and escalate issues when out-of-spec conditions are detected.

**3. Tool & Equipment Handling**
- Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and ensure the accuracy of OGP and CMM machines.
- Use additional tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and thread gauges when required.

**4. Process Support & Improvement**
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Participate in **Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)** processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and inspection efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- OGP SmartScope and CMM operation/programming training or certification preferred.

**Experience**
- Minimum **2-4 years** of working experience in QC inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with **OGP SmartScope** and **CMM measurement systems** is a must.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of inspection processes and quality documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QC data entry systems.

**Advantages (Optional)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
