**Position Title**:

- Manager Governance and Training Administration

**Reports To**:

- Instructional Services Manager

**Role Purpose**:

- This position is responsible for the management of the administrative sections, Cadets Pilot sections and Training Coordinator Supervision, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with applicable policy, procedure and processes for each key result area for MAG Airline Mandatory Training.

**Key Accountability**:

- Strategic:

- Develop and implement processes for scheduling and deploying instructors in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input prior to finalizing procedures for review and approval.
- Establish organizational resources and governance structures to fulfill company requirements and support the business plan.
- Lead the development and management of learning and development planning, policies, and strategies.
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a quality system to meet the standards of regulatory bodies such as SIRIM and Civil Aviation Malaysia (CAAM) as an Approved Training Organization (ATO).
- Develop a pipeline for Cadet Pilot recruitment to meet demand and support the implementation of Project Landscape.
- Manage the Business Plan and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Operational:

- Plan, oversee centralized qualifications/training records to meet customer needs.
- Supervise creation/maintenance of staff/trainee training records per CAAM guidelines.
- Analyze training feedback for effectiveness, facilitate trend analysis/quality control.
- Manage regulatory record-keeping for training operations.
- Design, develop, maintain QMS documentation for standards' recertification.
- Maintain QMS currency, certification from national body.
- Coordinate travel/logistics for training, operational needs.
- Support Instructional Services Manager in governance/policy adherence.
- Ensure compliance, obtain necessary approvals.
- Manage audit program, maintain required documentation.
- Engage with regulatory authorities on matters.
- Enhance Training Coordinator activities for plan execution.
- Manage cadet pilot programs under FTO, University to meet standards.
- Administer contract instructors' tasks.
- Manage disruptions in mandatory training.

Financial Control:

- Conduct financial consolidation and reporting.
- Analyze training costs for optimization and develop cost-saving and revenue proposals.
- Maintain weekly and monthly updates on financial performance for AMT.
- Track and oversee all projects within AMT.

Org. & People:

- Effectively lead the team, offering guidance and support to ensure their collective efforts yield positive outcomes.
- Oversee the regulatory function, ensuring team members possess the requisite skills, competencies, and knowledge of cutting-edge techniques to deliver impactful services in accordance with ISO standards, accurately and on time.
- Foster transparent internal communication channels to keep all relevant company departments informed of training policies and procedures.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork and accountability among all Training Coordination

**PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualifications: A Degree in any field
- Years of Experience : Five years of professional experience within a dynamic training environment.
- Areas of Experience : Prior experience in proficient training and administrative roles, adept project management, and successful leadership of teams.
