Supply Chain Manager

**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for the management of supply chain of finished goods, importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, inventory management, supply chain processes, third party logistic management and distribution to end customers.
- Responsible and to provide share services to support renal service provider business in invoicing, purchase order and inventory management.
- Provides leadership in executing local/region/global strategic plan. Drive change management in local country and collaboration with Regional/Global to drive successful implementation in country.
- Responsible for leading and managing a high performance culture in the function, managing a team of supply chain and customer service personnel who execute importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, third party logistic & distribution to end customers.
- Responsible for the execution of supply chain operation, importation, customer service, order processing, inventory management, supply chain processes, third party logistic management and distribution to end customers.
- Administrate, identify, steer and implement continuous improvement initiative that optimize service levels, maximize sales Et profitability and supporting dynamic business model and changing market conditions.
- Hands on role on daily operation tasks and work alongside with team member and be back up in making sure daily transaction is fully completed with high accuracy and good result.
- Guide and direct supply chain by creating a collaborative, innovative and result-oriented environment. Support career development and skill development to ensure job satisfaction, retention, and future talent development. Address low performer and re-development program with HR.
- Responsible for supply chain processes in support supply chain and business objectives.
- Meet with suppliers/service providers to discuss issues and performance. Evaluate suppliers/service providers' processes and partners with suppliers to establish best in class performance.
- Accountable for maximizing service level to provide best in class service in market. Proactively identifies service level issue and work on improvement to resolve service level issues.
- Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support strategic initiatives both within supply chain organization and cross business units.
- Responsible and accountable to plan and meet financial budget of supply chin cost and KPls.
- Prepare and consolidate report on supply chain monthly performance and establish action for improvement.
- Complying with local regulatory requirement on product, trade and compliance.
- Responsible for supply chain standard operating procedures (SOP) in Integrated Management System (IMS). Perform review and update SOP.
- Responsible and attending to internal Et external audits. Review auditing findings and perform corrective action.
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Job requirements:
- **Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics Business, Supply Chain or related**:
- **Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in function of demand planning, inventory management, order processing. Customer service, logistics management & distribution**:
- Min 2-3 years of experience in people management skill
- Knowledge & Skills
- **Good ERP SAP knowledge and experience with good storage practise as prescribed by the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau of the Ministry of Health & Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices(GDPMD) will be an added advantage.**:
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
- Travelling as and when required
- Self-started and self-motivated
- Ability to anticipate change, adapt an execute change
- Ability to manage and successfully meet goals and objectives to the business
- Strong partnering and communicating skills across department and function to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Innovative problem solver with confidence to challenge the status quo and gain the but in of stakeholders at all level of organization.
- Strong leadership skills to create and maintain department visibility, coaching team member and leading initiative or projects with broads scope and impact outside own department.
- Ability to work in a hybrid matrix environment where priority change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist is required.
**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
