A Sneak Peek into the Role:

The Senior Supply Chain & Operations Executive will oversee stock transfers, manage logistics and order fulfillment processes, and handle related administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, order management, and supply chain principles. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

"What will you do?"

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics involving suppliers, delivery partners, and retailers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery and distribution.

  • Oversee the fulfillment of B2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

  • Coordinate and oversee stock counts and stock transfers from the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.

  • Prepare and summarize monthly sales reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Handle invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.

  • Manage warranty claims processes, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in organizing events, such as points redemption fairs, to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

"What are we looking for?"

  • 2-3 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with hands-on experience in stock management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A detail-oriented and meticulous individual
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
