**The Role**

CaterSpot, a leading online marketplace for catering services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Content Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available on our platform. **Responsibilities**:

- Set up new vendor profiles: You will be responsible for creating and updating vendor profiles on our platform. This includes gathering necessary information, such as company details, menus, pricing, and other relevant data, and accurately inputting it into our system.
- Update menus: You will collaborate closely with vendors to ensure their menus are up-to-date. This involves regular communication with vendors to obtain updated menu information and making necessary updates on our platform.
- Communicate with vendors: You will serve as a point of contact for vendors, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance whenever necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors are essential.
- Liaise with internal teams: You will work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure accurate and timely updates to vendor information. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure data accuracy: You will be responsible for conducting regular quality checks to ensure that all data on our platform is accurate and up-to-date. This includes verifying pricing, menus, and other vendor details to maintain the highest level of data integrity.
- Continuous improvement: We value your input and ideas for process improvements. You will have the opportunity to identify areas where we can enhance efficiency and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our content management processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using content management systems or similar tools.
- Familiarity with the catering industry and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Tech savvy, good PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
