Tracey Star is a ladies’ handbag distributor founded by Mr. Johnson Tan and established since year 2008 in Malaysia. We own two main household brands - Tracey and Hilly, alongside with three main licensing brands - British Polo, Lancaster Polo and Valentino Creations. Today, we are an active operator of over 160 handbag counters at large departmental stores nationwide; Parkson, Sogo, Aeon, Pacific, The Store and etc.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify opportunities, drive performance and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth for eCommerce platforms in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the team in managing the company's eCommerce platforms and marketplace ensuring all platforms run smoothly with sufficient stocks and up-to-date quantity.
- Analyze various data and manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, fulfilment and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate company specific tactics into new product development, product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external service providers to maintain high levels of performance and achieving overall set targets.
- Develop promotion plans and activation calendars
- Research market and keep abreast of new developments, technologies and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance and maximize search engine traffic.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of eCommerce, digital marketing, direct marketing or multi-channel retail environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Marketing Communications or related field.
- Experience in both online and offline retail environment will have an added advantage.
- Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
- Strong marketing and technology background
- Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, customer and sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM5,000 - RM8,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification) + Incentives
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 8.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Bandar Parkland Klang, Selangor

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
