Role Overview

E-commerce Operations Associate to manage the daily operations of our online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You'll handle the full process from order management to delivery coordination and financial reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process daily online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for packing.
  • Handle daily parcel drop-offs to courier or logistics partners on time.
  • Prepare and verify sales documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and payment records.
  • Reconcile revenue and transaction data across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Update product listings, stock levels, and assist with online campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for management and finance review.What you'll be doing

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.

· –2 years of work experience in e-commerce operations, sales administration, or finance support.

· Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Seller Centers is an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with accounting or reporting systems.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
