As our **Sales & Operations Administrator**, you’ll be the backbone of our sales and logistics operations. You’ll ensure smooth order processing, accurate financial tracking, and seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who’s **highly organized, loves problem-solving, and thrives in a dynamic environment**.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Order & Inventory Management**
- Process and track customer orders from start to fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage replenishment.
- Update inventory records in real-time to prevent shortages or overstocking.

2. **Billing & Financial Oversight**
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and billing documentation.
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting.

3. **Sales Support & Customer Coordination**
- Liaise with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate progress reports.

4. **After Sales Service & Process Improvement**
- Respond to customer and provide after-sales support to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify bottlenecks in order processing and propose solutions.
- Help streamline workflows as we scale.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
