**Job Descriptions**
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback.
- Monitor the equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.
- Conduct research and attend workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
- Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior.

**Job Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering & Mechatronics or related field.
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
- Advanced knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Ability to read system schematics, operation manual
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience as Service Engineer
- Mandarin speaker and writing would be advantages
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
