Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales processes, providing technical support to clients and prospects, and offering expert guidance on product selection. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and understanding customer needs
  • Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and close sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of vacuum technology, automation systems, and robotic grippers is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in technical sales roles is preferred
