**_Job Description: _**
- To provide secretarial and administrative support.
- To support and assist Admin and IT department in daily functions pertaining to Office Admin and IT support.
- To train and improve quality of work produced by the Admin Department as well as to ascertain training need for staff when required.
- In charge of office equipment, utilities and maintenance of office premises.
- Handle of hotel and travel booking, monitor the status and provide assistant when needed.
- To assist in organizing and co-ordination of meeting and event.
- To monitor and replenish office stationary, pantry supply and etc.
- To perform ad-hoc clerical and administrative assignments as and when required.
- Coordinates with both IT and Admin team member’s and report to Admin Manager for duties fulfillment.
**_Job Requirements: _**
- Preferably 1-2 years’ working experience in related field.
- Good communication skill with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
- Flair and interest in IT related skills and must be literate in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
- Ability to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently and precise attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with Management and staff at all levels.
**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
