Sales and Marketing Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Promote and sell STEM and robotics kits, training services, and educational solutions to schools, educational institutions, and distributors.
**Marketing & Outreach**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of STEM Nexus programs.
- Collaborate with the content team to create brochures, social media posts, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Organize and support STEM fairs, robotics competitions, hackathons, webinars, and educator meetups.
**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, education boards, NGOs, and CSR partners.
- Gather client feedback to support product development and service improvement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at all external and community-facing events.
**Reporting & Coordination**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager and Director of STEM Nexus.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and training teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Conduct client visits, demos, and presentations to showcase STEM Nexus offerings.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending education/tech events.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
**Required QualificationsEducation**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, STEM fields (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science), or related disciplines.
- A diploma or certification in digital marketing or robotics/STEM education is a plus.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in edtech, robotics, or STEM education.
- Experience dealing with schools, academic institutions, or NGOs is a strong advantage.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of STEM concepts, especially robotics, coding, or maker education.
- Familiar with social media marketing, content creation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
**Preferred Qualities**
- Passion for STEM education and youth development.
- Energetic and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for outreach and program delivery.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
