Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales & Coordination Executive located in Kuala Lumpur City.

Your role is to work with our existing customers / identify new customers, build leads, develop tailored quotations, proposals and contracts for prospects such as corporate events and private parties in order to drive revenue growth for a catering business. The tasks will also include discussing with customers on their requirements, coordinating with kitchen staff, managing schedules, and ensuring successful execution of catering events.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining records, processing orders, handling any arising issues and coordinating video, pictures or testimonials on the day of the event.

  • Sales skills (Experience in
    Catering Sales is a bonus)
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in event planning or coordination
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Engage with Event Managers, Event Space & Hall Organizations
