Job Responsibilities:

Design Coordination & Review

  • Coordinate with consultants and internal design teams to review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with data center requirements.

Technical Documentation & Drawing Management

  • Prepare, review, and update construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documents in line with project standards.

Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee on-site architectural works to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and construction schedules.

Interface Coordination

  • Liaise with MEP, C&S, and BIM teams to resolve design clashes and ensure smooth integration of architectural and technical systems.

Material Selection & Inspection

  • Review and approve architectural materials, finishes, and mock-ups suitable for data center environmental and performance standards.

Compliance & Standards Management

  • Ensure all architectural works adhere to local authority regulations, fire safety codes, and data center design standards.

Change & Variation Management

  • Evaluate and manage architectural-related variations, design changes, and their impact on cost and schedule.

Progress & Reporting

  • Prepare architectural work progress reports, highlighting site conditions, technical challenges, and mitigation measures.

Quality & Finishing Control

  • Conduct inspections for architectural finishes, ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with data center specifications.

Coordination with Client & Consultant

  • Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address architectural issues and ensure timely resolution.
