Admin Officer

**Your Role.**
- Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, company vehicle road tax & insurance renewal, utility portal, business licenses & certificates renewal, stationery management, office system, equipment, etc.
- Maintain record of company office assets.
- Responsible for maintaining the filing system.
- Responsible for the overall condition of hostels.
- Assist and manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities including the issuance or returned of asset, uniforms, stationeries, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc task as when required by the Management.
