**Location**:Shah Alam

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for user technical support: resolve general IT requests & issues
- Manage, maintain and monitor IT assets & inventory (software licenses, PCs, laptops etc)
- Setup, support, troubleshoot and monitor office infra & peripherals (network, printers, CCTV, AP, Door Access, etc.)
- Document all materials which is not limited to procedures, manuals, forms, specifications, etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc IT administrative activities as requested by HOD

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related discipline.
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in related fields
- Possess own transport and able to travel locally and outstation to support all branches when needed

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
