- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken, assessment required)
- **Experience**:

- 1+ year in customer service (required)
- 1+ year in mobile gaming (preferred)
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask across digital platforms
