**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate the customer’s business requirements to define Power Platform solution and design.
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency.
- Drive user adoption plans and sustainability for Power Platform tools.
- Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new O365/SharePoint based business requirements
- Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained for the technologies
- Incident and Problem analysis and resolution in accordance to set SLA

**Skills & Competencies**
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate flow development and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge/experience in banking domain
- Demonstrates competency/success in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and create long term partnerships with customers
- Experience working in projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong human relation skills. Able to interact with internal customers, vendors, and other IT professionals and management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Ms Power Platform: 3 years (preferred)
