**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **Customer Service Agents** with experience in the **digital banking sector** to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with digital banking-related queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 year of experience** in digital banking customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with digital banking products and services.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
